What is the difference from a taxi or ride share?

How far in advance should I book?

Same-day and on-demand requests are welcome; most pickups are confirmed in 15–30 minutes. For 4–6 a.m. airport runs we recommend booking the night before.
Do you charge for waiting time?

The first 15 minutes are free on street pickups and 45 minutes on international airport arrivals. After that, waiting is billed at the vehicle's per-minute rate.
Can I add stops?

Yes. Add stops during booking for a flat $15 per stop plus the additional distance and time.
