When you book a ride we collect your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, ride date and time, and (optionally) your flight number. Payment card details are collected and stored exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
2. How We Use It
We use your information solely to dispatch and complete your ride: confirming the booking, contacting you about pickup, tracking flights for airport transfers, and providing receipts. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
3. Sharing
We share only the minimum information necessary with: (a) the assigned chauffeur (name, phone, pickup/drop-off, flight number); (b) our payment processor (to charge your card); (c) mapping providers (to calculate routes and ETAs); (d) law enforcement when required by valid legal process.
4. Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and basic analytics to understand site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may stop working.
5. Data Retention
Booking records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax and regulatory requirements. You may request deletion of marketing contact data at any time by emailing us. Payment data retention is governed by the payment processor.
6. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Booking and customer records are stored in an encrypted, access-controlled database. Only authorized dispatchers can view your booking details.
7. Your Rights
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal data by emailing reservations@edgenyclimo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
