What does 'as-directed' mean?

The chauffeur and vehicle are reserved for you for the booked hours. You direct the route in real time and only extend if you need more time.
What if I run over the booked hours?

Extra time is billed in 15-minute increments at the same hourly rate, subject to the chauffeur's availability. We will always tell you before the clock extends.
Can I request a specific chauffeur?

Yes. Repeat clients regularly request their chauffeur by name and we honor it whenever that driver is on shift.
Do you travel outside New York City?

Yes — the Hamptons, Hudson Valley, Philadelphia, Boston and Washington D.C. are all quoted as day trips or hourly programs.
